 | 23 1. Do not visit the sauna when you are either hungry or have a full stomach. 2. Thoroughly cleanse your body and dry yourself off. 3. A session in the sauna should last 8-12, max. 15 minutes. Be sure to sit or lie down in a relaxed position. 4. The sauna experience is enhanced by an infusion, especially one containing fragrances. The water that evaporates is good for your respiratory organs and causes you to sweat even more intensively. 5. Then leave the cabin and breathe in fresh air. Next, cool off in the rain shower. Afterwards, simply take a seat or walk around slowly. Cool down again if necessary. 6. Once you have cooled down thoroughly, take a second and possibly a third bath, depending on how you feel. 7. It is best to drink water or fruit juices after bathing to compensate for the loss of fluids; this restores the calcium level to normal. This is both healthy and refreshing.
